Illnesses or Absences
Please call the center and leave a message when your child is sick or will not be in. If no one is available in the office at 781-736-2200, please email us at office@lembergcc.org.
This enables us to plan our days better (For example, we wouldn't want to leave on a walk if we suspected you and your child were still on your way to Lemberg).
If a child has not come to Lemberg by 10:30 a.m., and the teachers have not heard from you, they will ask our office staff to call home to see if your child is sick or still on his or her way in to Lemberg. If your child is sick, we will also ask you to inform us of his or her symptoms as we need to keep record of illnesses at the center.
To help in keeping us all healthy and happy, please let us know if your child has been ill the night before or early in the morning, and if you have given any medication. This often helps us in reading a child's behavior and energy levels. We are more than willing to give prescription or nonprescription medicines, but in order to do so we'll ask you to complete a medication release form.

It is important to keep us up-to-date on your child's illness and symptoms, so that we can keep this information accurate in our health log.
